Collective Ideation - I Probably Need a Review

I read an article today by Bonnie Kavaoussi in the Huff Post that uses a blog entry argument from Matt Taibbi.  Thank you for your committments Ms. Kavaoussi & Mr. Taibbi

I am so attracted to the idea that what can "make" a vision, goal, etc. successful for an individual and/or collective is a concrete core self-awareness.  I believe self-absorption is a consequence of a lack of self-awareness.  It's a little of a paradox, however, the measurement of "success" is measured by mistakes.  How mistakes are accepted and utilized positively for the betterment of attainment towards the vision, is a key to continued progress.  Accepted negatively, ignorantly, resentfully,  innocently, whatever,  results in a quagmire  bolt without a combination, guised as a "safety precaution".

Here is an example:
Is guised a word?  Spell check tells me it's mispelled and suggests "guises" "guided" "guise d"
Now, I really want to use "guised".  I mean really... I like the way it sounds and reads in and out of the above context.   Also, I would like someone else out there in the interweb to like it with me. Which frightens me saying maybe someone will read it, Right?  Now I wonder, will the reader think I am a complete idiot waxing among self-awareness warm fuzzy committments, while subsequently misspelling and (perish) misusing an important word.  Can the writer reallllly be trusted, etc.  Maybe I can choose who will read this. Maybe there is another word...Man, I really like "guised".  So, with that in mind, I've created a turning point!
I can go with guised arrogantly and ignorantly.  Maybe consult resources that are dumb like me too. I can scrap the whole thing feeling the reader who thinks I'm a moron is right. Or I can ask for help. Make a better informed decision by collaboration within a challenged atmosphere, google, dictionary, (the challenge is doing extra work), knowing I may even find a better word out there and have to admit (to myself)  "guised" is not the only solution for conveying a point.  Which is actually what I would like more to do.  Messages delivered by a conscious thought not by me necessarily.

I like to think in analogy;  self-absorption supported within a collective conscience is like a virus that spreads in a collective that is slowly getting sick and vulnerable, more apt for believing the cure is an anti-biotic, taking more and more, becoming more and more resistant to antibiotics. The cause from a lack of information (lack or self-awareness), ie anti-biotics cant cure a virus, is the reason why they die from a delusional soapbox of martyrdom and heroics.  Its only seen as heroic from the collective who are on their way to the same demise.   An awakening can only come about once a bacteria is introduced.  So what chances are more likely,
 -they die or
-they finally open up to a second opinion for a different diagnoses, recovery, maintenance, possibly cure,
 begin an advocation?

My part is exposure. To create an atmosphere that shows a positive slant for self-awareness is tricky.  How can we reach the ignorant/innocent?  What kind of billboard will open the eyes, mind, heart to see in the mirror the palms that strangle you are your own.  It's my job not to sit ideally by.  But I must encourage without pushing.  The sickest who are suffering the most, seem to be the most paranoid and distrusting- mostly from the fear of the unknown.. . but geez piecemeal reality is a bandaid to a gash.

Are you now talking to your screen at me?
What is this ranting example about?  Choosing "guised" ? So many other words are misspelled.
How can the writer use the analogy of a group of sour-pussed closed minded shmuck-o's awakening to the recognition that we've been victimized by a bug?
What are you trying to get me to believe, buy into, fall for...?
What the hell is the article about?!
Oh boy, as we've gotten this far....
David Byrne sings, "You may ask yourself..."
Allowing me to ask,
How far am I willing to go to understand you rather than to push your understanding of  me.
How can I help and not hate?
How can shortcomings and limitations be improved or accepted in order to progress towards a better qualified dynamic growing collective consciousness?

An exercise.  How to listen to us and them, how to help we, covertly, allowing us to get a self-awareness of ourselves.  Could be a positive way  to learn to think of others more and myself less.   A personal journey for the group betterment;  routinely practicing positive collective ideation.
